• Business client information: Business name, owner name, email address, phone number, and business address provided during onboarding.
• Customer information: First name, last name, phone number, and email address of end customers provided to us by our business clients for the purpose of conducting review campaigns.
• SMS message data: Content of text messages sent and received through our platform, including customer replies and feedback ratings.
• Usage data: Information about how our platform is accessed and used, including login timestamps, pages visited, and feature usage.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Send SMS messages on behalf of our business clients to their customers for the purpose of collecting feedback and requesting Google reviews.
• Route customer feedback to the appropriate business owner for follow-up.
• Generate campaign performance reports for our business clients.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our platform.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Communications

Our platform sends SMS messages to end customers on behalf of our business clients. Key details:

• Consent: End customers provide their phone number to the participating business when receiving a service or making a payment, establishing a prior business relationship.
• Message frequency: Customers receive a maximum of 3 messages per campaign and no more than one campaign per 90-day period.
• Opt-out: Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier and plan.
• We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• With our business clients: Customer feedback, ratings, and reply data are shared with the business that initiated the campaign.
• Service providers: We use third-party services to deliver SMS messages (Telnyx) and email notifications (Resend). These providers process data solely on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or government request.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services. Campaign data is retained for 12 months after campaign completion. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure compliance.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure credential storage, access controls, and regular security reviews.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
